Delete your MemoraBook account

Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open MemoraBook and log in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Type your password to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: without the app
Send an email to memorabook9@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my MemoraBook account".
To protect you, we only delete an account when the request comes from its own email address, and we may reply to confirm first. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- All your albums, photos (full size and previews) and book designs
- Your sign-in sessions and login history
- The delivery details (name, phone, address) and book copies on your orders
What is kept
- Payment records of printed books and premium purchases (order number, amounts, payment reference), without your name or contact details, because the law requires accurate financial records.
- Deleted data disappears from our automatic backups within 14 days.
If you have an order that is paid and still being printed or delivered, we finish delivering it first, because we need the address. After that your account can be deleted.
