Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and MemoraBook (run by Umesh Mishra, Dhangadhi, Nepal). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MemoraBook.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
• Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us at memorabook9@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

2. Your photos and content

• Your photos, text and designs stay yours.
• You give us permission only to store, process and show them to you, and to print and deliver the books you order. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for books already in production.
• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, involves minors inappropriately, shows violence or hate, or violates someone's privacy or copyright. We may refuse to print such content and may close accounts that break these rules.

3. Printed books

• Prices, sizes and delivery charges are shown in the app before you order. Delivery is currently available within Nepal.
• Please check your book carefully before ordering. We print what you design, so spelling mistakes, low-quality photos or layout choices are not printing defects.
• If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We will reprint it or refund you.
• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until printing starts.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by weather, strikes or courier problems.

4. Premium designs

Some designs are paid. What you get and the price are shown before you pay. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund rules.

5. Ads

The free app shows ads from Google AdMob. See our privacy policy for how ad data is handled.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's accounts, or use bots or automated tools against it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep MemoraBook running and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important photos. We may change or stop features, and will give notice of important changes.

8. Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, MemoraBook is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nepali consumer law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see how). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
